While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary for reservations or services booked through this website, you agree not to:

Use this website or its content for any commercial purpose.
Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand.
Access, monitor, or copy any content or information using any automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission.
Violate any restrictions in the robot exclusion headers on this website or bypass or circumvent other measures designed to prevent or limit access.
Take actions that impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Deep-link to any part of this website for any purpose without our express written permission.
Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of this website into another without prior written authorization.

If your account or reservation shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, we may cancel associated reservations or services, close accounts, and take legal action where necessary.

IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OR BACK PAYMENT:

You may have the option of immediate online payment or payment at check-in. If you select "Confirm and Deposit," Garflo Inc. will immediately charge your credit card. An executive will contact you to confirm the purchase and email the necessary vouchers, which must be printed and presented at check-in.

INTERNATIONAL TOURISTS:

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for foreign countries and that your travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are in order. Garflo Inc. does not guarantee the suitability or safety of destinations and is not responsible for any damages resulting from visiting these destinations.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:

The information, software, products, and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. Garflo Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify or cancel reservations accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to websales@cancunbay.com at least 48hrs before the tour day
Deposits are non-refundable if the passenger fails to show up at the designated time or misses the excursion.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: In case of a Covid-19 diagnosis or quarantine, tour validity will extend by 12 months.

REFUNDS:

"No shows" are non-refundable.
Refunds due to cancellations or reductions in participants are subject to a 30% administrative fee.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and payment method used originally.
Tours purchased with a 30% or higher discount are non-refundable but may be transferred or rescheduled.

COMPENSATION:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garflo Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your use of this website or violation of its terms.
